PAYMENT :  The easiest way to pay is by using the Paypal Button.  You don’t need an account to do this.  We will accept postal orders if you wish to buy a bear without using Paypal.  In this case please e-mail us regarding the bear you want to join your hug and we will make special arrangements with you.    We can also accept all major debit and credit cards.       

 

 

POSTAGE :   Our prices include postage costs but this is to addresses in the UK only.  Please contact us regarding overseas deliveries as an additional charge will be made accordingly.  Import duties and local rates will be the buyers’ responsibility. 

 

 

DELIVERY :   We will post your bear within 5 working days ( or sooner if possible ) and your bear will arrive by carrier or Special Delivery.

 

 

RETURNS :     We will accept returned bears by prior agreement and within 3 working days of receipt of the bear.  Once the bear has been returned in the condition that it was sold we will refund your money less postage and packing and a 15% administration charge. The buyer must ensure that the bear is returned with adequate insurance cover as we  will not accept responsibility for bears damaged in transit.

 

 

DISCLAIMER :   Every effort is made to describe each bear as accurately as possible, including any known repairs and damaged areas.  We also attempt to take clear photographs .  However we cannot be held responsible for minor omissions in descriptions or minor colour variations.

 

 

SELLING YOUR BEAR :  Please contact us if you have an old bear that you would like to sell.
